I have the basic white, no frills Kitchenaid. I’ve been abusing it for about 15 years now, and I love it. I have a batch of molasses cookie dough in it right now! The 4 quart bowl one is the tilt up motor. The 5 quart is the crank, unless they’ve changed it recently.
